Here i go!! this is my first time blogging. I moved to st Louis not to long ago after getting married from Ohio. I was diagnosed with celiac over a year ago and would like to find places to eat, shop and drink gluten free in st Louis... and hopefully share with others!
places i have found to be helpful so far:
Diergbergs- has a very nice selection of gfree packaged food
whole foods- obviously great, but they have removed the gfree signs around the store do to lawsuits so i am having trouble shopping quickly there
